You will receive a shipment email with a tracking number when your order is complete and shipped.
Shipping delays are beyond our control and there is nothing we can do once a package has left our facility. Please use your tracking number and contact the carrier directly if you experience delays.

Our turnaround time in most cases is up to 3 business days. During heavy seasonal activity, we may take up to 7 business days. Production time does not include shipping time.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your Order History. Additionally, you will receive order status update emails while we produce your order. You will receive a shipment email with tracking number when your order is complete.
If you have not received an Order Confirmation email from us after placing your order, please check your SPAM folder. Make sure to mark our email as NOT SPAM, and be sure to add our email address to your trusted list.
