We ship to the Continental U.S.A., Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
To save you shipping costs, all balloons are shipped deflated and include instructions and materials to self-inflate the balloons.
Production Time
Most balloon orders are produced within 2 business days or less, depending on seasonal activity.
Shipping delays are beyond our control and there is nothing we can do once a package has shipped.
Please use your tracking number and contact the carrier directly if you experience delays.
10:00 a.m. EST Cutoff
Orders for Next Business Day Delivery must be placed by 10:00 a.m. EST Monday–Friday, and must be accompanied by proper resolution images so there is no delay in production.
Someone must be available to accept delivery at your shipping address.
We can only ship to a valid street address or private mailbox with a valid street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customer Service and Returns
Because every product is personalized with your images, the final quality depends on your photo. PhotoBalloonStore.com is not responsible for your image quality and customer errors resulting from misspelled text and/or incorrect images.
Personalized products are not returnable or refundable. If an item is damaged in shipment, with the proper documentation we will gladly replace the item free of charge. In extenuating circumstances, solely at our discretion, we may refund your purchase price less shipping and handling costs.
