► Is there a design tool to let me see my product before I add to cart?

Each photo balloon is custom designed by our Graphic Designer to ensure the best possible appearance. This guarantees proper placement, detail, and image adjustments that automated tools cannot perform.

You may request an email preview by checking: ☑ Yes - I want to see it first via Email before adding the balloon to your cart.

If you cannot find emails from us, check your SPAM folder. If still missing, please Contact Us.

► What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit & Bank Cards through PayPal’s secure servers. A PayPal account is NOT required.

All payment transactions are handled through PayPal’s secure servers. No credit card data is handled or stored on our site.

► Are your Photo Balloons latex or mylar or take helium?

Photo Balloons are NOT latex (latex cannot be printed in full color). They are also not standard mylar balloons, which cannot be personalized.

TableTop Photo Balloons: Made of high-resolution composite film for full-color printing.

Due to heavy ink coverage, TableTop balloons will NOT float with helium. They inflate best with air and include all parts and instructions.

Helium Ready Mylar Photo Balloons: Printed on a coated surface with a mylar backside so they float.

Both types can be placed in centerpieces, floral vases, cakes, etc.

► What size are the Photo Balloons?

TableTop Balloons: 11" uninflated → about 9" inflated Helium Ready Balloons: 22" uninflated → about 17" inflated

All balloons ship uninflated with parts and instructions.

► What type of picture files and size can I submit?

For best results, use bright, clear, uncropped photos.

Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .heic, .gif, .png, .eps, .cdr, .ai, .psd, .pdf, .tif, .tiff, .bmp

Minimum: 800 × 1200 pixels at 200 dpi Max file size: 4MB

1. Only use full-size, full-resolution photos
2. Do not use social media photos
3. Do not use screenshots
4. Do not crop your photos

Social media and pharmacy photos are too low-resolution to be enlarged for printing.

► How can I track my order?

You may log into your account at any time using the Log In link.

You will receive email updates during:

1. Processing
2. Graphics/Printing
3. Shipped (includes tracking number)

► How can I be sure I am getting the best product at the best price?

We perform strict quality control before and after printing. Nothing leaves our facility without approval.

► Are there any restrictions to graphic content?

We reserve the right to refuse printing of graphics considered illegal or offensive.
